close a hard case

finally i closed a case, actually, from a case to 2 cases to a same person. which i have to make it consecutive 3 days to present & compare each  & everything + items per items. haiz, in the end, commencement date being push to later date on june. which mean i can's actually handle the case well enough yet. which i feel hardship in myself. once again, i feel that my kung fu has not up to standard required. i feel helpless in this part. therefore, i hope i can seek my IO/superior help me more on presentation skill + convincing skill. too bad. work hard also part of my journey. hope you do can support me from the back.
