whose mistake for less my 2 unpaid leave instead of 1

i was taking a day leave on MONDAY just to have my time to do a lot of stuff on 26th of October 2009, especially my priority concern is to go to KWSP to pen an account. of coz that planning ruin due to accident. so everything not done but the KWSP stuff.

now this month came out my payslip for OCTOBER, i get less 2 unpaid leave instead of 1. i call the office to seek for explanation, & get a reply of, "due to the leave was on MONDAY, therefore, we have to count it in include SUNDAY(25th October). i got this ridiculous answer that make me deeply felt that the company is the type of 算死草. kind of disappointment to me. how can this be a reason when Sunday is suppose our official "paid leave".

now every1 know the case, instead, i have to write something in order to gain only attention, but not verification. wondering this is a systematic company, or the worker simply + careless to finish of their job. :(
