PETALING JAYA: Seputeh MP Teresa Kok stood up to accusations that her long-sleeved blouse was “too revealing” for Parliament, saying she saw nothing wrong with her choice of outfit on Thursday.

The MP from DAP, who wore the blouse made of sheer material and a dress, was criticised during question time by Datuk Dr Marcus Mojigoh (BN–Putatan) who complained that her outfit was revealing (menjolok mata) and improper.

“It was long-sleeved and not entirely transparent. I see nothing wrong with the blouse. I will continue to wear it in future,’’ said Kok yesterday.

Kok, who was attacked 10 years ago in another episode involving her outfit, said the complaint was nonsense.

“I think Putatan (Dr Marcus) was seeking attention on TV since the first 30 minutes of question time is on live telecast,’’ she added.

Dr Marcus, citing Standing Orders, stood up to point out to Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia that Kok’s outfit was revealing and inappropriate.

Pandikar Amin, however, defused the situation, saying he was not drawn to Kok’s clothes.

When contacted, Dr Marcus argued that Kok should be wearing formal attire like her male counterparts.

“I stood to remind her that she was not in proper parliamentarian attire. One must be serious in Parliament and not main-main (fool around). She wore a fancy dress as if she was taking part in a fashion show. Parliament is not the place for her to show how nice her dresses are,” he said.

Standing Order 41(f) states that a woman should either be wearing national attire, sarong or long-sleeved blouse with knee-length skirt, ceremonial dress or any attire permitted by the Chair in the Dewan Rakyat.

*so this is how an MP of Malaysia that is so HAMSAP that keep on look at other's dress/attire all the time in Parliament.

he is the lorry owner with a lorry to maintain & service all by himself. truly envy his life. but now he is gone. with just a little mistaken happen in it. a life could just vanish in vain.

Abalone Dinner

today is day that ate the most expensive food ever in my life.

with a table of 10 persons. we ate RM2344(i m sure u have/haven't in your life) with about 8 individual dishes served separately.

abalone was 1 of the most expensive. this is also my 1st ever abalone being eaten & digest. Hence, it is imported from Japan. what a surprise.

with a great soup, big prawn, abalone fried rice & etc.

what a fantastic moment in the afternoon after church service

brought my parents + sister to Sunway Giza Mall.

where there we were having a lunch together @ Ichiban Boshi.

it was a fantastic moment, where we were enjoy the food they served + the dishes that we consumed. it was brilliant. though it is abit off my wallet. 4 persons=106.15(included service + government taxes). well as long they are happy, it worth more than any cash terms in words. thx to my boss to for given me this opportunity to threat them. otherwise, i m gonna postpone thing to even further until no due date. so, every1 happy.

what a surprise

today, i was summoned by my boss to his office. at 1st, i m thinking, mayb he has something wanna share/tell/instruct/expecting something on me where, it can be a scold/praise/order/etc.

but what a big disaster day. i came by my motorcycle as usual to office, which suppose to meet him by 4pm, but a extreme heavy downpour soak me up, this is not the worst, the worst came, when ride my motorcycle close to the MOTOROLA bridge, my motorcycle suddenly down. this is the worst to me of the day, i have to kick start it several times under heavy downpour until i cant seen thru 5 cars away from me. hence, i pull it over to the road side & try another several times, !@#$%^&*. CAN'T start too. pushed another 15 metres ahead where the road boundary is slightly safer to park & try. so i tried there another several times, this time somehow i can kick start until the engine got sound & within second, it goes "die" again. so i have no choice but keep try until it started. tried about 1 minute only succeed with the suspected spark plug contacted with water/moisture. it barely can ride with throttle/accelerator open wider than usual until safely arrive only feel the grace from GOD is just so amazing. :)

the surprise, well, promise to my boss no to mention a single thing, so let it be in nobody business.

the begining of the solo @ 58 units

since Saturday, i was fully in charged of the site, i m getting a little nervous. until which, i dont give a damn on anything, but concrete/RC structural must go real fast. no stop, no time to breath. no time to breath=no time to rest. so i m worry 1 day which i get MC, the site is going down without any1 taking care of it. though there is a site manager taking in control of the site, however, half of the day, he is outside from my sight which he has other site to taking care of. i m getting worry i make an insignificant mistake that i myself may not even notice that. worry later bring big harm to the company. i dont want to, but i may fall into. so, Jasper, prepare for the worst from top management. here you go. fight while you can b4 u sink down.

i made the same mistake again

MR ABC was so excited that he is about to fire back the consultant, but due to my careless mistake, he has to withdraw back all the bullet & now he has to wear the bullet proof jacket to cover me. i feel same to myself.

how can i improve myself to even better?

no doubt i m complaining that me alone cant cope with the large item/quantity/scope of work that present to me right now, it is really tough. sometime, i m thinking, does that possible to make a schedule out, so that i can repeating the schedule daily, so that i can cover what am i suppose to do for daily basis. however, i cant, as inspection is the most important part, where i cant make even minor mistake on that. or else, every1 will take this opportunity to fire me down. i m almost unbreathable now.

anyway i can improve? i know my weakness very well: "i m not good in remembering"

2009, split second 2010 come

some many things in my life that i had achieved to date.

1) i had finished my DEGREE course which i had set myself for a long long time ago. which took me 9 years to accomplished this. though somebody may shame on me with the time frame to achieve this which supposedly can be completed in 5-6 years time. however, i thank + praise all this to mighty GOD.

2) i get to know more & more friends throughout the years. they are many, but some somebody that a really happy & appreciate alot. well, i m not gonna point out 1 by 1. waste off time to say as they are so precious to some point.

3) i got a secure job, which this is truly a bless from GOD. the GOD had prepare a good boss + a good opportunity to raise my experience + a good way to improve myself. well, to some point, Boss's mental thinking is always come with "how to cut cost to max/how to reduce wastage(expenses) as much as possible". i dont deny that it is bad, as if i m the boss=i m doing exactly the same damn thing. so i m not blaming any1.

4) thing has getting me up, & against my path, but now everything has gone to vain / settle / getting lesser / almost nothing good & etc. now let this thing put a dot in my life @ 2009 will do, dont carry forward to 2010.

this stupid router + modem

Zyxel this stupid modem, take me > a week to solved it. now i solved it, so damn difficult until i give up. however, i had a plan where i wanna bring this stupid modem to LOW YAT to seek for technician to "show me the way". but b4 i intended to go LOW YAT, i try browse thru the website/forums to see what were their comment, i found a couple of them faced quite similar to my situation, therefore, i was using their method to solved it, it is really work. now i saved a couple of penny to go to crazy heavy traffic jam + crowded area. & i can surf the net as usual.

whose mistake for less my 2 unpaid leave instead of 1

i was taking a day leave on MONDAY just to have my time to do a lot of stuff on 26th of October 2009, especially my priority concern is to go to KWSP to pen an account. of coz that planning ruin due to accident. so everything not done but the KWSP stuff.

now this month came out my payslip for OCTOBER, i get less 2 unpaid leave instead of 1. i call the office to seek for explanation, & get a reply of, "due to the leave was on MONDAY, therefore, we have to count it in include SUNDAY(25th October). i got this ridiculous answer that make me deeply felt that the company is the type of 算死草. kind of disappointment to me. how can this be a reason when Sunday is suppose our official "paid leave".

now every1 know the case, instead, i have to write something in order to gain only attention, but not verification. wondering this is a systematic company, or the worker simply + careless to finish of their job. :(

kindergarten = those day i was punished by my teacher for being play until sweat so much. but she was wrong, in fact, i was just standing under the tree for the recess. at last, i was punish the took off my shirt for almost 15 mins & stand in front of the class.

that was what i got, i don't defend myself on that day, but obey blindly.

just now went to drink with my PM. haiz drunk too much, now really pain in my head, wanna sleep. unfortunately, head pain. have to do something to rip off the pain before i can rest my day.

i m planning to go JB either by this weekend / next weekend.
most probably is on next week, as this week still kind of rush for me.

a new start of my work

last Thursday was the 1st day i stared my day work with MITC. 1st day of coz need to adapt to the site with minimum time, coz it is really interesting & challenging job ahead of me. haha, hope not disappointing my boss for he has high hope on me.
may the wisdom of GOD be with me. AMEN

someday if i got the time, i ll take some photo to same with the site with u guys, haha
is kind of empty at the moment, as mostly cover with sand. while the foundation only up to piling. so sandy everyday once the wind blow hard. after all, this is a good challenge for me as this project is only no piling within my scope(due to piling had finish). but i as a "beginner", i have to learn from beginning till the end of the project in order to gain the most experience in shortest time.
