for ur information
recently, the temperature in Liverpool is gonna kill me, it rained yesterday. causing the entire liverpool come into the situation, where it is freeze, thought, forecast is predict to be around 8°C. however, in the actual situation, where when wind blow, things gonna change. u may feel as well u r like at the Arctic, which it is suppose to be <5°c.
