let the story begin,

the moment she walk to me, she 1st sentence towards me was, i saw you b4(actually i hav no idea i saw her b4). somehow, my thought doesn't doubt her, as in psychology way to listen, she is not actually lying. rather, she is speaking a true. therefore, i have no wall to built up. there we chat for about a minute. then i give her the $ as donation. in return, she ask my name. somehow, i don't like my name put on the form of her, then i ask her to put her name on that form. she gave no 2nd thought, split second, her name on the form(this is how i know exactly her name). later she went away from me. then, i continue chatting with my colleague, i saw her walk back quite a distance away. again i ask her come. i asked "which school you are in" she can respond me so fast without thinking other. somehow i dunno where the school is until she told me which is next to UTM. ok, there on, i ask her phone number from her, she take out her phone(so do i). then she gave me her number, i gave her a miss call, from there, the number exchange is over. thinking back now, what most curious me was, where on earth we met/saw in split second b4. this is most i m wondering. thus, she came all the way to klang valley to ask for donation. this is the most impressing me. where she shown no fear to me. which truly salute her bravery.

i went to PWTC on sunday, which was the last day of this event. i had bought a new bluetooth headset from MOTOROLA, Motorola S605 Bluetooth Stereo Clip Headset. This is actually a fun bluetooth headset, i like it very much. below is the photo attached.

having another day that slightly relax a bit as compare to yesterday & the day before, which the work has being scale down a little. tomorrow gonna marking the whole block in order for me to speed up the progress. otherwise, prepare my ass to lubricant before hand. lol, what a good phase. well i have to work really hard this time, i have to be serious. exhausting like nobody business

monday & tuesday are a truly tiring day, where saturday came 3 fellows whom claim to be good in pouring concrete(should address them as concretors are much better). 2 of them are like sandwich, which know nothing of BAHASA MALAYSIA, they are sucks, truly madly deeply suck in BAHASA, i have no idea how to communicate with them at all time, you scold him like mad, they are like dunno what the heck were going on, continue their slow like snail type. OMG, deal with them are way harder than dealing with my on hand's work which are very dynamic, despite i have being chase 9 streets long. still i can manage to flexibility switch & swap in between. now the person had change, end up i have to teach them from "kindergarden" on how to cope with the current situation. haiz, tiring until can't rest.
btw, the concrete they pour & flatten them up was entirely identical from previous workers with very flat(both also flat, but the later batch gave me a rough surface with the previous gave a mirror alike). photo with me attach by tomorrow. therefore, stay tune for next upload of photos.

what a day on saturday

this was what i ate yesterday saturday as my lunch, with the spent of other company. but the chicken is truly sucks. despite the KFC is a well known 12 recipe to make it nice, however, i feel like i was eating a normal chicken where i can found on any pasar malam. what are the order we have? yes, 2 bucket comes with 21*2 + 1 coleslaw(L) + potato wedges(L)= RM127. expensive? i dunno. well i just feel that is not worth of $. therefore, he wont be the next KFC favor.

Later i went to TARC Convocation, take "a lot" of photos with my "ex" classmates & coursemates. extremely ENVY on them, i am 1 of the later batch to graduate, considering truly + very + super duper slow as compare to them. so, envy no longer sustain, but transform to jealous. haha, joking, envy will do the job. haiz, below are those photos took from my mobile phone, enjoy urself.

what a day

what is life about?

today, my working is like a misery. u know why, i have nothing to do, where i keep sitting in the office for whole(>90%) day. what was that is about. the day is so special. go back extremely early, yet i have to suffer raining during back home.

when i went to college, the day is so damn nice until i cant believe, when i m back home, the rain start again which is very light. however, all the way back home is riding under the rain. it is pissing me off, on the way home, saw 2 car accident. which i couldn't how the coalition happen. but during raining day, the road is very danger to those weak car like for example, those car which come with no ABS will be suffer a significant disadvantage. therefore, those without ABS being equipped, the driver has to extra caution on the driving road.

new business

suddenly think of this term, somehow, i have no idea how to give a talk / speech / short explanation. however, i m glad that i have the opportunity to blend into this society, where, every1 (majority) like to take advantage of other, eg, put u into difficulty instead of put u urself into it. not that willing to share with u something that is truly good + beneficial. aiming ur weaknesses to pin-point them out. this is how the life is all about, i have known this long time ago, despite this has being blended inside of me. at least i learnt that, if i gonna use this, i have to prepare for water gun shot on me. therefore, i m always restrict myself from using such a tactic to achieve something. instead, friendliness is always top priority + what it supposedly to be.

regret

i start to notice i m fatter than yesterday(before). i m gonna keep myself in good shape(though from any angle also fat) again real hard. but hardly i can make it. i can maintain consistent of the weight due to the stress i daily suffer + the sorrow of the environment keeping me not that active like i used to be. therefore, i can maintain, now it is on the other hand, i work itself has slightly reduce until a time where, morning= busy non-stop, but when it come to afternoon, mostly i rest(actually sleep>rest) in the office.

today gonna be my last day i work(supervise) at bukit raja, Klang. i gonna transfer to damansara damai, kepong from monday onwards. therefore, i have beng given new task force. which my pressure + stressful gonna increase ago in an instant. therefore, maintaining in a sharp shape is almost a priority to me. keep on going. btw, i wanna show you a couple of photos of my working environment.

a day off

today(supposedly yesterday) is deepavali, happy deepavali  to indians race. today i did nothing much, due to hyper tired, with the accumulated of working load on my shoulder that makes me exhausted. i have to plan a lot of thing ahead of me in order to maximize my free to time to gain what i wanted. yea, good luck to me if you u find that i am still 1 of your friend.

just now went out to meet 3 of my friends + yumcha which i haven't meet them for quite sometimes, well, they seems to be living well with the current life.

注意生理警訊   神造人時給人體許多巧妙的安排，從身體的很多方面，我們都可以觀察出自己健康的狀況。只是很多時候我們都忽略了，現在讓我們一起來看看，有哪些是你從來不知道的。
以長痘痘來說，有的人偶爾長一兩顆，有的人長期為痘痘所苦。但你可知道，青春痘長的位置透露了健康的訊息？以額頭來說，可能血液循環有問題，由於過於勞心傷神，所以脾氣容易不好。應該睡眠充足、多喝水。
指甲則是人體另一個反應健康的地方。健康的指甲應該是淡粉紅色的，且指甲板光滑、沒有溝痕，韌度也要夠，這些特點不妨自我檢視看看。
如果指甲凹凸不平，且有溝紋，那麼可能要注意你的肝功能了。若是指甲容易破裂，是缺乏鐵質，應該多補充深綠色葉菜、魚類、豆類等。從指甲其實可以觀察出許多疾病的徵兆，應該利用修剪指甲時，慎重地檢視一番。
而排泄物則是另一個顯示健康狀況的指標，不要嫌髒，每天觀察一下，看看自己夠不夠健康。健康的排泄物是沒有臭味的，如果吃多肉類、便秘時，都會產生強烈臭味。
除了從這些地方觀察自己的健康，更要注意生理時鐘，不要違背天然，才能讓身體循環正常。 例如凌晨一點到兩點是肝臟排毒期，應該要讓身體進入睡眠狀態，才能順利排毒。
總之，要有健康的身體，自己要做自己第一個醫生，第一號的觀察照顧者，這樣才能健康又快樂。
1.   冒痘痘的位置與健康訊息
冒痘痘的位置可能顯示出身體的警訊，你知道嗎？你可能需要看看是否真的該保養身體了。

額頭	代表心火旺、血液循環有問題，可能是過於勞心傷神。這類的人脾氣較不好，應養成早睡早起的習慣，睡眠充足，並多喝水。
鼻子	如果長在鼻樑，代表脊椎骨可能出現問題；如果是長在鼻頭處，可能是胃火大、消化系統異常；若在鼻頭兩側，就可能跟卵巢機能或生殖系統有關。
下巴	表示腎功能受損或內分泌系統失調。女生容易 b 下巴周圍長痘痘的可能是月事不順所引起的。
左邊臉頰	可能是肝功能不順暢，如肝臟的分泌、解毒或造血等功能出了狀況。
右邊臉頰	可能是肺部功能失常。

 2.   如何檢視指甲的健康指甲的生長夏天比冬天快，手指甲又比腳指甲快，且健康情況也會在指甲上顯現哦！所以快檢視一下，妳的指甲健不健康。

指甲色澤	通常是淡粉紅色，但若太常使用指甲油、去光水，也會使指甲變黃。
指甲的韌度	用其他手指按壓指甲尖端，若能略為彎曲表示硬度剛好，若太軟也表示指甲不健康。
指甲板是否光滑	有時從側面觀看會發現溝痕，那就要多滋養指甲，讓情況改善。
周圍皮膚	指甲周圍皮膚若是過於乾燥、粗糙，就要利用按摩與保養，改善情況。

指甲可以反應健康狀況，觀察指甲的變化，可以了解身體有哪些病徵。

指甲過白	慢性貧血或肝、腎有問題。
白斑	缺乏鋅，可由海產類、菠菜、菇類、五穀類、葵瓜子等攝取補充。
容易破裂	缺乏鐵質，可由深綠色葉菜類、魚類、豆類、五穀類等補充。
指甲過黃	缺乏維他命 E ，也可能是淋巴系統、呼吸系統有問題。維他命 E 可由深綠色蔬菜、水果中攝取。
凹凸不平	若還有出現一條條的條紋，可能是肝不好。

 4.   如何從唇色觀察健康狀況健康的唇色是粉紅色的，如果唇色不正常，可能是健康狀況不好哦！

唇色蒼白	若指甲、眼瞼也蒼白，可能有貧血。
唇色青紫	若非因為氣溫過於寒冷，有可能是有貧血、心臟方面問題。
唇色淡黃	若臉色、眼白一樣呈黃色，可能是肝功能不好。
唇色紅紫	若非發燒或一氧化碳中毒，就可能有心臟病、肺病、心臟衰弱等問題。

 5.   從排泄物看健康
許多人排出的大便有強烈的臭味，其實如果吃多了肉類、便秘時、腸胃道老化都會有此現象。你可以從排泄物觀察出自己的健康情況哦！

份量	每次以兩三條為適量。
形狀	直徑兩三公分的條狀為佳，過軟或呈顆粒狀則表示腸子有老化狀況。
氣味	正常者應沒有強烈的味道，若有酸臭味、焦臭味、腐敗味，則是有腸老 化現象。
顏色	黃色為正常，顏色愈深表示腸老化狀態愈嚴重。
硬度	排便時若無壓迫感或瀉肚子狀態則為正常。

6.   生理時鐘表身體都有生理時鐘，不同時間有不同工作，應該配合生理時鐘，才能有健康身體哦！

時段	時期	工作
午夜 12:00 ~ 1:00	淺眠期	多夢而敏感，身體不適者易在此時痛醒。
凌晨 1:00 ~ 2:00	排毒期	此時肝臟為排除毒素而活動旺盛， 應讓身體進入睡眠狀態，讓肝臟得以完成代謝廢物。
凌晨 3:00 ~ 4:00	休眠?	重症病人最易發病的時刻，常有患病者在此時死亡， 熬夜最好勿超過這個時間。
上午 9:00 ~ 11:00	精華期	此時為注意力及記憶力最好，且工作與學習的最佳時段。
中午 12:00 ~ 1:00	午休期	最好靜坐或閉目休息一下再進餐，正午不可飲酒，易醉又傷肝哦！
下午 2:00 ~ 3:00	高峰期	是分析力和創造力得以發揮淋漓的極致時段！
下午 4:00 ~ 5:00	低潮期	體力耗弱的階段，最好補充水果來解饞，避免因飢餓而貪食致肥胖。
下午 5:00 ~ 6:00	鬆散期	此時血糖略增，嗅覺與味覺最敏感，不妨準備晚膳來提振精神。
晚上 7:00 ~ 8:00	暫憩期	最好能在飯後 30 分鐘去散個步或沐浴，放鬆一下，紓解一日的疲倦困頓。
晚上 8:00 ~ 10:00	夜修期	此為晚上活動的巔峰時段，建議您善用此時進行商議，進修等需要思慮周密的活動。

heart hurting day

today i went to stadium Melawati (next to stadium Shah Alam), the heart hurting start here. my Samsung G810 dropped onto ground which resulted my phone damage physically, though the function is like i use to be. :( pity my beloved mobile phone.

METROJAYA sales is back to stadium Melawati which up to 70% discount. yea, indeed it is very cheap. i bought almost RM200 of goods. haiz, spent too much. gonna save a little next month.

Well guys, today finally my internet connection is back online, though i dunno when the connection is back online, however, i have no connection since saturday night until yesterday which "no internet=no life" slogan. it getting into my nerve.

?? donno what is "today"

today i was like, boring at the site, due to it is really boring to the extend, where, most of the time i m to catch "snakes". nothing for me to look after. therefore i rest most of my time at site office. then take my lunch with ah kong in a restaurant. the dishes i ll rate it 75% mark. the price was RM95 with 5 person ate this lunch. in average RM19 per person. therefore, this is kind of expensive. with a fish as a main dishes & chicken as 2nd dishes.
around 9pm, i met wee seong in mcDonald in Damansara Damai, we talked alot until 10:30pm. which he is very exhausted for the day. i ll rest my day here.

yes i did it

today i ate KFC as my lunch, haiz, i had spent another RM10 to ate KFC. which i dont intended too. however, i dont mean to say no, just that i hope i can save as much $ as possible. & yea, i m satisfied with the meal.


just before i went back home, out of a sudden, i m thinking of GPS(Global Positioning System) which built-in my SAMSUNG G810, from there on, i took out my mobile phone to test on it which i have failed to test the built-in GPS since i bought it back. i started with the GPS, which i waited for >3 minutes(some forum speak about this GPS built-in G810 took 5 minutes to load the data). to my wonder, it really does loaded with the GPS which is really surprise me. therefore i used it when on the evening i ride back my motorcycle to test how useful of this GPS can be. it is really brilliant i ll say. yes, this is truly interesting stuff i have built-in my mobile phone.

the next thing i wanna test will be the GEOTAGGING. hope it does really working like how it describe as it is.

today is just another ordinary day, but i ate bak ku teh this afternoon. it is kind of nice for this lunch. though  i dont like bak ku teh that much due to it is merely meal for the dishes. 5 persons=RM7x, average 1 person >RM10. kind of expensive for me to eat, luckily, it was paid by the other boss.

brave, this is a word that i learn very long time ago. but to be as brave as what u can ever imagine, it is such  crazy to be think of. which you never know how hard to make up the mind. haiz,,.... long way to learn & to improve.

i couldn't make up my mind on selecting TOYOTA AVANZA due to the budgeted cost depends on my salary isn't sufficient enough no covered very expenses within me. this is very unfortunate case, though i have make everything to minimum. some of them just can't be minimize. help!!! i just hope i can get a new car instead of an used car, any better solution ahead of me?

i m planning to purchase the brand new Toyota Avanz, you have any better idea. down to basic, budget is 1 of my biggest restriction. therefore, dont propose anything unnecesary to me. since i am living in a big family consist of 6 members included me. i dont have much choice left. indeed, avanza is best for the budget i have + the number i can carry in 1 go is the only car, that is Toyota Avanza. so, if u have any better idea/suggestion. feel free to tell me. as i said, please down to the basic i have. thank you very much. i have attached a few of the photoes as introduction on what the look in.

Finally i can slightly blog about something

this week, i had being busy with formatting my computer, heck this is not as easy as you ever think. it took me to format for a day, then the rest of the day were to download the software, install whatever i wanted, updated whatever required & at the same time, install whatever i need to use for my gaming platform.

today i considering i have finished off everything, except the adobe photoshop, illustrator & flash. this 3 software keep on asking me to close/off INTERNET EXPLORER whenever i installing it when i have cease whatever internet browser i have. it just cant work it out. therefore, i decided not to install them until the next format come in hand. at the moment, i can still using my brother's computer to work out some of the editing stuff.

finally, my college life has recommence, 2 lecture(3 hours) & 1 tutorial for this week. a little tiring for this week, since i don't used to the life of college for half a year. i need to adjust & adapt to the college life again. i know i can do it in no time. wish me good luck. though last week had gone through so many miracle. thank god.

messy / not?

today, wow, hack hell tough. in the morning, i had planned what i wanna do in the afternoon, thus i have an appointment in the afternoon. therefore, i m a bit of no intention to "tour" the site even in the end i tour once. the devil(uncle LAI) come out of no way to the site office, then scream the hell of on the lintel which doesn't sounds nice in his eye. he said:" cant u see that, the lintel is insufficient height. dunno what u guys studied in the TARC(specifically point the TARC). dunno what u guys had learnt from there. i call ah pang(my boss)." then he keep scream none stop + yelled like no mother taught before. well, i usually don't keep the heat overnight. therefore, anger will be gone in 1 night. no worry of tomorrow.

in the afternoon, planned according without mess out. so, the afternoon is a perfect planning.

This is what i have done yesterday, which i cast concrete on the car porch. this is interesting. yea, it is kind of fun to look at the result. Below is my new office which official occupied few weeks back, however, setup up is running to increase the furniture in order to keeping it like a real entertaining office. soon i gonna stick my ass on chair rather under the sun.

this song is a very good song in my life. though everything under the sun has to fade away, yet memory doesn't fade. memory can be can very precious to every1, it can be a life force to keep a person alive, on the other hand, it can be a deadly weapon to cease hope from other. indeed, memory cannot be replace by anything.

this is a song give me memory of some1 whom he "break my bone inside out". hope towards something, in an instant, just disappear & gone to dust. unfortunately, no1 knows the meaning of everything, instead, everything just just surface to him. well, since decision had finalize, nothing can be done. just go ahead with anything being decided.

today is a rainy day. after sunday service which around 2pm, the sky rain heavily until i cannot take my motorbike go back. wait until 5pm only claim back my motorbike which the rain had stop. therefore, i went to PUDURAYA as planned to purchase a bus ticket to go Johor Bahru. yea, i can meet Yang Wei again. miss him so long, hehe. now i can twist his ear harder X)D.
